I stumbled upon Coco's Kitchen on my way to a lavanderia across the street. it's close to where I live and the staff is wonderful as is the food. The breakfasts are sumptuous, but there is much more.
The Jugo Verde is astonishingly good and refreshing.
    I will keep going back.

Got to check out this cute little breakfast spot early today. It has an adorable outdoor, open atmosphere. Our group got there just in time, because there was a huge line behind us just as we were being sat!

They offer a wide variation of options, from classic eggs and bacon, to homestyle Mexican breakfasts. Our group ordered some Chile's Rellenos, Eggs Benedict, oatmeal with fruits, bacon, and fried eggs. We also ordered a round of Passion Fruit mimosas, fresh squeezed orange juice, and I tried their Jugo Verde. The perfect morning drink, full of fresh, healthy ingredients.

Everyone enjoyed their meals and drinks, and service was decent. The prices for food are very fair, and we would definitely return again. I especially look forward to another Jugo Verde.

Great staff, friendly and attentive. Chef makes delicious food with fresh ingredients.  The verde (green) juice is super refreshing!

We loved getting the Mediterranean omelette with spinach and mushrooms.  The biscuit and cornbread are made in house and are super yummy!!  We bought some additional biscuits to take with us en route to the airport to have snacks on the plane.

This is a great breakfast and lunch spot. Highly recommend this place!

I had the most amazing breakfast! A chile relleno omelet! We were told to not miss this place.... So happy we didn't... One of the best meals we had in P. V! The service was ok, the food and atmosphere amazing!

Coco's Kitchen is my current favorite breakfast place in Vallarta. I didn't eat here every day on my recent trip, because of the distance, but I was able to get down there three times.

The atmosphere of the courtyard is wonderful. The staff is wonderful. The food is wonderful.

I ate the churros pancakes on visit one and it really is a carb overload but I was dreaming of them nearing my return to Vallarta.

On the second visit, I tried the apple pancakes and was pleasantly surprised. It was made of shredded apples and was not overly sweet, but did not require syrup.

On the last visit I had the Omelet Mexicana which I thought was the best omelette I've had in Vallarta.

The strawberry (fresa) preserves in Vallarta in general, and especially at Coco's is my favorite and I love strawberry preserves.

The bacon which I order every time is inconsistent. Sometimes it's burnt, sometimes is delightful. The Bloody Mary was a bit too watery/thin for my taste.

Even with the bacon and Bloody Mary... I would choose Coco's Kitchen for breakfast each and every time if I could.

Best breakfast in Vallarta, hands down.
